Susan Sparrow Pendleton

Susan Sparrow was born on April 9th, 1853 in "Leeds Manor", Fauquier, VA.¹ Susan Sparrow's father was William Henry Pendleton and her mother was Henrietta Eaton Randolph. Her paternal grandparents were William Pendleton and Susan Snodgrass; her maternal grandparents were Philip Grymes Randolph and Mary B. O'Neale. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Philip Randolph, William Henry Kinckle, Robert Carter, Lucy Welford Randolph, Mary Randolph, "Little Sister", Henrietta Grymes, Ellen Shepherd and Garnett Peyton. She was the second oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 82 on January 26th, 1936.¹
