Francis Rittenhouse Pendleton 
Francis Rittenhouse was born on August 25th, 1854. Francis Rittenhouse's father was Edmund Monroe Pendleton and his mother was Sarah Jane Thomas. His paternal grandparents were Coleman Pendleton and Martha Gilbert; his maternal grandparents were Micajah Thomas and Elizabeth Anne Turner. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Edmund Monroe, Philip Thomas, William Micajah, James Coleman, Nathaniel Aubrey, Mary Louise, Adeline Marian, Eliza Anne, Emily Augusta and Susan Francina. He was the second youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 1 on September 28th, 1855.-
