Rosa Kimbrough Payne 
Rosa Kimbrough was born on February 3rd, 1853. Rosa Kimbrough's father was Walter Tazewell Payne and her mother was Elizabeth Kimborough Ligon. Her paternal grandparents were John Smith Payne and Susan Elwood Scott; her maternal grandparents were Littleberry Netherland Ligon and Elizabeth Kimborough. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Walter Ligon, Robert Withers, Susan Scott and Nellie. She was the oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 47 on September 1st, 1900.-
