John Morton Payne 
John Morton's father was George Morton Payne and his mother was Eliza Dyer. His paternal grandparents were John Smith Payne and Margaret B. Payne; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Dyer and Celia Bickley. He had a brother and three sisters, named Samuel Smith, Susan Lewis, Celia Bickley and Francis Proctor. He had a half-brother named George B.. He died in March 1887.-
