George M. Payne 
George M. was born on July 9th, 1743. George M.'s father was George Payne and his mother was Judith Burton. His paternal grandparents were George Payne and Mary Woodson; his maternal grandparents were Robert Burton and Pricilla Farrar. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Robert Burton, Joseph, Richard, Matthew, Jesse, Elizabeth, Mary and Ann. He died at the age of 87 on May 13th, 1831 in "Bellfield", home of daughter Elizabeth. He was buried in Grace Episcopal Church, Goochland Co., VA.-
