John Payne 
John was born on December 31st, 1913. John's father was Robert Lochlie Payne and his mother was Sara Sills. His paternal grandparents were John Morton Payne and Elizabeth Overton Hart. He had a brother and a sister, named Robert and Bettie. He was the youngest of the three children.-
