Phebe Mosby 
Phebe was born in 1735. Phebe's father was Jacob Mosby and her mother was Susanna Cox. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Moseley and Sarah Woodson; her maternal grandfather was Nicholas Cox. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, Stephen, George, Robert, Agnes and Amy. She was the third oldest of the seven children.-
