David Meriwether 
David was born on April 10th, 1755 in Louisa Co., Virginia. David's father was James Meriwether and his mother was Judith Hardenia Burnley. His paternal grandparents were David Meriwether and Anne Holmes; his maternal grandparents were Hardin Burnley and Ann Winston Terrell. He had two brothers and a sister, named James F., William and Ann. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 67 on September 13th, 1822 in Athens, Georgia.-
