Otha Mahanes

Otha was born in November 1880. Otha's father was Meredith Marshall Mahanes and her mother was Mary Susie Pryor. Her paternal grandparents were Meredith Bluford Mahanes and Elizabeth W. Smith; her maternal grandparents were William A. Pryor and Elizabeth T. Payne. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Luther Kean, Woody Bluford, Taylor Scott, (infant) and Renna. She was the second oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 68 in 1948.
