William Hunter 
William was born on October 18th, 1768 in Louisa Co., VA. William's father was Stephen Hunter and his mother was Mary Statham. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Hunter and Jane ?; his maternal grandparents were Love Statham and Martha Meriwether. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John, Charles, Samuel, George, Nancy, Mary, Mildred and Martha. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 67 in 1835 in Louisa Co., VA.-
