William Francis "Frank" Harding 
William Francis "Frank" was born on May 13th, 1879 in California. William Francis "Frank"'s father was John Richmond Harding and his mother was Sarah A. Rowe. His paternal grandparents were Charles Harding and ? Garbey; his maternal grandparents were David P. Rowe and Alameda Holloway. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Charles "Dick" Arthur, John Jefferson, Annie E., Ola Edith and S. Loreen. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 73 on January 27th, 1953 in Marysville, California.-
