Sally Newsum Cary 
Sally Newsum was born in 1822. Sally Newsum's father was Wilson Jefferson Cary and her mother was Virginia Randolph. Her paternal grandparents were Wilson Cary and Jane Barbara Carr; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Mann Randolph and Anne Cary. She had two brothers and six sisters, named Wilson Jefferson, Archibald, Jane Blair, Mary Randolph, Anne Mantia, Ellen Randolph, Martha Jefferson and Louisa Hartwell. She was the second youngest of the nine children. She died about 1823.-
