Vasco Terrell was born on November 28th, 1890 in Louisa Co., VA. Vasco Terrell's father was William Henry Carter and his mother was Gertrude J. Grubbs. His paternal grandparents were Lewis M. Carter and Delilah Frances Butler; his maternal grandparents were Frederick J. Grubbs and Sallie A. Newman. He had a brother named Clarence Henry. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 55 on February 26th, 1946 in Phoenix, Arizona. He was buried in March 1946 in Homestead Cemetary, Quail, Louisa Co., VA (Rte 711).-
