Andrew Carroll

Andrew was born on February 16th, 1820 in Louisa Co., VA.¹   Andrew's father was John Carroll and his mother was Mary Perkins.  His paternal grandparents were Jacob Carroll and Tabitha Reynolds; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Perkins and Elizabeth Price. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named James Owen, John, John Lewis, William George, Charles, George H., Charles Henry, Sarah Perkins, Mary Susan and Eliza Jane.  He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 66 on November 24th, 1886 in Putnam Co., WV.²
