Frank Carr 
Frank was born in 1823. Frank's father was Jonathan Boucher Carr and his mother was Barbara Ann Carr. His paternal grandparents were Overton Carr and Mary Anna Addison. He had four brothers and four sisters, named William Kimbrough, Garland Overton, Dabney Terrell, James F., Chloe Lee, Mary Ann, Eleanor Boucher and Maria Elizabeth. He was the third youngest of the nine children.-
