Rosa Bell was born in July 1852 in Virginia.1   Rosa Bell's father was William Camp and her mother was Ann H. Winston.  Her paternal grandparents were Armistead Camp and Sukey Eubank; her maternal grandparents were William Bobby Winston and Ann Meriwether. She had four brothers and a sister, named James Winston, Charles H., William A., John R. and Alice.  She was the youngest of the six children.  She died at the age of 72 on April 28th, 1925 in Memorial Hospital, Richmond, Virginia.  She was buried on September 30th, 1925 in Riverview Cemetery, Richmond, VA.2 3
