Thomas Henry was born on October 6th, 1924. Thomas Henry's father was George Kelly Butler and his mother was Frances Elizabeth Harlow. His paternal grandparents were James Oscar Butler and Mildred Susan Butler; his maternal grandparents were William James Harlow and Susan E. Gilbert. He had four brothers and five sisters, named John James, Percy T., Wilmer, Willard, Annie Pearl, Georgia Elizabeth, Susie Mildred, Eva and Esther. He was the youngest of the ten children.-
