Cinthia was born about 1847.1 Cinthia's father was Hezikiah Butler and her mother was Susan Haley Harlow. Her paternal grandparents were Nathan Butler and Pricilla Anthony; her maternal grandparents were Charles Harlow and Mary Crews. She had five brothers and six sisters, named David S., Samuel O., Andrew J., Charles Henry, Stephen William, Martha, Elizabeth, Ann, Mary E., Delilah Frances and Mildred Susan. She was the third youngest of the twelve children.-
