William Richard Borum 
William Richard was born about 1772 in Amelia Co., VA. William Richard's father was Edmund Borum and his mother was Edith Seay. His paternal grandparents were Richard Borum and Judith ?; his maternal grandparents were Jacob Seay and Rachel Wingo. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Benjamin, Jacob, James, John Wilson, Mary and Sarah. He died on June 12th, 1854.
