Herman Blankenship 
Herman was born on May 10th, 1881. Herman's father was Leslie Combs Blankenship and his mother was Martha Elizabeth Scott. His paternal grandparents were Rowland Blankenship and Martha Butler. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Charles, Dio, Ray, Alva, Lena, Vernie, Saddie, Tellie and Lavonia. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 27 on May 27th, 1908.-
