Dio Blankenship 
Dio was born about 1879. Dio's father was Leslie Combs Blankenship and his mother was Martha Elizabeth Scott. His paternal grandparents were Rowland Blankenship and Martha Butler. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Charles, Herman, Ray, Alva, Lena, Vernie, Saddie, Tellie and Lavonia. He was the third oldest of the ten children.-
