Rhaegel's father was King Daeron Targaryen II and his mother was Myriah  Martell.  His paternal grandparents were King Aegon Targaryen IV and Naerys Targaryen. He had three brothers and a sister, named "Breakspear", Aerys, "Lamprey" and Alienor.
