Владимир was born on November 11th, 1876. Владимир's father was Димитър Стоянчов and his mother was Зойка. His paternal grandparents were Стоянчо(Стефан) Пенев (Пенювич) Ахтар and Киряки Стоянова Пенева. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Стоян, Любомир, Янко, Весела and Елена. He died at the age of 24 in 1900.General Notes
Завършил пътно инженерство в Ганд (Белгия). Когато е бил на държавна служба във Видин заболява от малария, върнал се в Търново, където умира. Родил се е на 11 ноември 1876 г., близнак с Любомир, умира в 1900 г., не е женен.
