Hannah was born on May 13th, 1833 in Eynsham, Oxfordshire.  Hannah's father was Joseph WHITE and her mother was Alice GARDNER.  Her maternal grandparents were Edward GARDNER and Susanna SMITH. She had three brothers and eight sisters, named William, Benjamin, Daniel, Mary, Alice, Jane, Elizabeth, Sarah, Elizabeth, Sarah and Eliza.  She was the sixth youngest of the twelve children.  She died at the age of 75 in 1908 in Witney District.
