Lavinia Sarah was born in 1842 in Pembroke, UK.  Lavinia Sarah's father was William Irwin Beresford SCOTT and her mother was Mary CHOWN.  Her paternal grandparents were William SCOTT and Lavinia; her maternal grandparents are William CHOWN and Sarah WILLIAMS. She had two brothers and four sisters, named William Irwin, William Henry, Mary Jane, Lavinia Rebecca, Ann and Jane.  She was the oldest of the seven children. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Henry, Alfred and Maria.  She died in 1842 in Pembroke District.
