Anne was born on October 26th, 1696 in Rillaar.  Anne's father was Sébastien Vleminx and her mother was Elisabeth Camerlinckx.  Her paternal grandparents were Marcus Vleminx and Adriana Nys. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Jean, Jois, Jean, Marie, Anne, Marie and Ann Cornélie.  She was the third oldest of the eight children.
