Nechama was born on 12-Mar-1996.  Nechama's father is Yitchak Oratz and her mother is Toby Oratz.  Her maternal grandparents were  Pinchos Menachem Rubinson and  Chava Freida Rubinson.  She is the second of six children.  She has a brother and four sisters, named Yaakov, Shainy, Sorah Tzipporah, Chaya and Adina.
