Shainy was born on 27-Jun-1993.  Shainy's father is Yitchak Oratz and her mother is Toby Oratz.  Her maternal grandparents were  Pinchos Menachem Rubinson and  Chava Freida Rubinson.  She is the oldest of six children.  She has a brother and four sisters, named Yaakov, Nechama, Sorah Tzipporah, Chaya and Adina.
