Yaakov was born on 4-Nov-2000.  Yaakov's father is Yitchak Oratz and his mother is Toby Oratz.  His maternal grandparents were  Pinchos Menachem Rubinson and  Chava Freida Rubinson.  He is the fourth of six children.  He has five sisters named Shainy, Nechama, Sorah Tzipporah, Chaya and Adina.
