Richard was born in year 1763 in St Issey, Cornwall and was baptised on July 3rd, 1763. Richard's father was John Bullock and his mother was Phillipa Arthur. His paternal grandparents were John Bullock and <Unknown>; his. He was the fourth of eight children. He had four brothers and three sisters, named David, John, Richard, William, Mary, Mary and Catherine. He died in year 1768.
