Arthur Watkins

Arthur was born on September 22nd, 1863 in Dittisham, Devon. Arthur's father was Thomas Elford Watkins and his mother was Harriet Best. His paternal grandparents were William Watkins and Mary Holmes; his maternal grandparents were William Best and Susanna Finch.
