James Harper Bill

James Harper was born in 1816 in Dudley. James Harper's father was Benjamin Bill and his mother was Lucy Harper. His paternal grandparents were Edward Bill and Elizabeth Hipkiss. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Edward, Thomas, Benjamin, Charlotte, Elizabeth, Ann and Mary. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 76 on February 27th, 1892 in Dudley.
