Ann Bill

Ann was born in 1823 in Dudley. Ann's father was Benjamin Bill and her mother was Lucy Harper. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Bill and Elizabeth Hipkiss. She had four brothers and three sisters, named James Harper, Edward, Thomas, Benjamin, Charlotte, Elizabeth and Mary. She was the fifth oldest of the eight children.
