Benjamin Bill

Benjamin was born in 1830 in Dudley. Benjamin's father was Benjamin Bill and his mother was Lucy Harper. His paternal grandparents were Edward Bill and Elizabeth Hipkiss. He had three brothers and four sisters, named James Harper, Edward, Thomas, Charlotte, Elizabeth, Ann and Mary. He was the seventh oldest of the eight children.
