Charlotte Bill

Charlotte was born in 1818 in Dudley. Charlotte's father was Benjamin Bill and her mother was Lucy Harper. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Bill and Elizabeth Hipkiss. She had four brothers and three sisters, named James Harper, Edward, Thomas, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Ann and Mary. She was the third oldest of the eight children.
