Louisa Best

Louisa was born in 1840 in Dittisham, Devon. Louisa's father was William Best and her mother was Susanna Finch. Her maternal grandparents were James Finch and Grace Elliott. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Richard, William, John, Edward, Ebenezer, Harriet, Mary and Susan. She was the youngest of the nine children.
