Catherine, known as Catherine, was born about 1786 in Jones, North Carolina.  Catherine's father was John ISLER.  Her paternal grandfather was Federick ISLER and her paternal grandmother is Sarah BONNER. She had three brothers and six sisters, named John, Nathan, William, Nancy, Polly, Huldy, Harriett, Rebecca and Winnifred.  She was the fifth oldest of the ten children.  Catherine, known as Catherine, is no longer alive.
