Thirza Petty

Thirza was born in 1870 in Morton, Bingley, Yorkshire, England.¹ Thirza's father was Thomas Petty and her mother was Ellen Pickover. Her paternal grandparents were John Pettyt and Annis Walker. She had six sisters named Louisa, Ellen, Zillah, Jane, Olivia and Matilda. She was the sixth oldest of the seven children.
