Matilda Petty

Matilda was born in 1874 in Clayton West, Yorkshire, England. Matilda's father was Thomas Petty and her mother was Ellen Pickover. Her paternal grandparents were John Pettyt and Annis Walker. She had six sisters named Louisa, Ellen, Zillah, Jane, Olivia and Thirza. She was the youngest of the seven children.
