Mary was born on June 22nd, 1782.  Mary's father was William Islington (Tuck) and her mother was Elizabeth (Betty) Aldridge.  Her paternal grandparents were <Unknown> and Mary Tuck.  She was the sixth of ten children.  She had five brothers and four sisters, named John, William, Robert, James, Jeremiah, Sarah, Jane, Ann and Rebecca.
