Janet Motion

Janet was born on December 19th, 1756 in St. Andrews and St. Leonards. Janet's father was James Motion and her mother was Elspeth Melvin. Her paternal grandparents were Andrew Motion and Janet Richard. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Alexander, George, James, Elspeth, Anna and Katherine. She was the second oldest of the seven children.
