Elspeth Motion

Elspeth was born on July 26th, 1761 in St. Andrews and St. Leonards. Elspeth's father was James Motion and her mother was Elspeth Melvin. Her paternal grandparents were Andrew Motion and Janet Richard. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Alexander, George, James, Janet, Anna and Katherine. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
