Mary Barclay

Mary was born in 1866 in Dundonald. Mary's father was James Barclay and her mother was Martha Wilson Tyre. Her paternal grandparents were John Barclay and Mary Wallace; her maternal grandparents were William Tyre and Margaret Millar. She had eight brothers and two sisters, named William, John, James, David, Thomas, Robert, William, Hugh, Margaret and Martha. She was the third oldest of the eleven children.
