Rosa was born on 26-Jun-1961.  Rosa's father was Amancio Martínez (Peña) and her mother is Felipa Cob (Aparicio).  Her paternal grandparents were Elías Martínez (González) and Perfecta Peña (González); her maternal grandparents were  Felix Cob (Nuñez) and  Pilar Nicasia Aparicio (Aguado).  She is the third of six children.  She has three brothers and two sisters, named Antonio, Juan Carlos, Ángel Luis, Mª del Pilar Nicasia and María Julia.
