Felipa was born on 26-May-1926.  Felipa's father was Felix Cob (Nuñez) and her mother was Pilar Nicasia Aparicio (Aguado).  Her paternal grandparents were Dámaso Cob (Reyes) and Francisca Nuñez; her maternal grandparents were  Blas Aparicio (Aguado) and  Buenaventura (Aguado).  She is the sixth of seven children.  She had two brothers and four sisters, named Ángel, Blas, Julia, Saturnina, Aurea and Carmen.

Amancio and Felipa were married in a religious ceremony on 5-Jan-1956.  They had three sons and three daughters, named Mª del Pilar Nicasia, Antonio, Rosa, María Julia, Juan Carlos and Ángel Luis.
