Carmen was born on 19-Apr-1928.  Carmen's father was Felix Cob (Nuñez) and her mother was Pilar Nicasia Aparicio (Aguado).  Her paternal grandparents were Dámaso Cob (Reyes) and Francisca Nuñez; her maternal grandparents were  Blas Aparicio (Aguado) and  Buenaventura (Aguado).  She is the youngest of seven children.  She had two brothers and four sisters, named Ángel, Blas, Julia, Saturnina, Aurea and Felipa.

Cirilo and Carmen were married in a religious ceremony on 27-Feb-1957.  They had four sons and four daughters, named Manuel Jesús, Patricia Carmen, Pedro María, Melquisedec, Amparo, José Ignacio, Azucena and Inmaculada.
