Mary (Josie) Josephine Ward

Mary, known as Josie, was born on June 20th, 1910 in Dulane. Her godfather was Patrick Lynch and her godmother was Julia Kiernan. Josie's father was Patrick Ward and her mother was MaryAnne FARNAN. Her maternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>. She had nine brothers and a sister, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Phil, Tommy, Pat, Frank, Val, Mick, Ben, John, Joseph, Maggie and annon. She was the third oldest of the twelve children. She died from cancer at the age of 75 in 1985 in near Dulane. The funeral took place in Carnaross. Her burial was in Carnaross.¹
