Karl Victor was born on February 28th, 1897 in Deepwater, Henry, Missouri, USA.1 Karl Victor's father was Cincinnatus McCown and his mother was Lucy L. Duvall. His paternal grandparents were William M. McCown and Martha A. "Mattie" Houston. He had a brother and two sisters, named Harry Thomas, Ruby Mae and Gladys Melon. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 54 on October 8th, 1951 in Lebanon, Linn, Oregon, USA. He was buried in Lebanon Oddfellows Masonic Cemetery.2 3 -
