Nancy Mourning was born on February 27th, 1794 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia, USA.1   Nancy Mourning's father was Zacharias Lewis and her mother was Winifred Mustain.  Her paternal grandparents were Charles Lewis and Elizabeth Parham; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Mustain and Mary Haley.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 91 on August 21st, 1885 in Washington Township, Monroe, Indiana, USA.  She was buried on August 23rd, 1885 in Chambersville Cemetery.1
