Dorothy Joesephine Rankin

Dorothy was born on November 3rd, 1920 in Detroit, MI.¹ Dorothy's father was John William Rankin and her mother was Mary Frances Moneysmith. Her paternal grandparents were Frederick Arthur (W) Rankin and Ruth Ann Clute; her maternal grandparents were Franklin Pierce Moneysmith and Flora Harriet Henry. She had a brother and a sister, named John and Ruth. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 47 on March 2nd, 1968 in Michigan Center, MI. She was buried at the Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery.¹¹
